I have been busy working on some new Teachers Pay Teachers Products. I am teaching Fourth Grade again this year, so I wanted to make some new products for that(Btw..last year was the first year I had taught Fourth grade). Now, I have officially taught everything from K-4! Anyway here is my Back to School Pack I just finished. It is perfect for 3rd and 4th graders! Click HERE to grab this pack on my TPT sight.
I have also created a new Long Vowels Pack for Kindergarten and 1st graders. It has a Long Vowel sort, home connection, student book, student activities, and a roll a sound game. The Home Connection is what I used to do with my First grade darlings. The one on this pack is just an update. You can also grab this pack HERE on my TPT sight. It is on sale until Monday night!
DAILY 3 Discussions
I am thinking of doing Daily 3 in my classroom next year. Any ideas for me? Let me fill you in on my classes. I have a home room class and two other classes. Of course, we are departmentalized(not a fan, but working it out-taking in the new adventure) so I am the Math/Science teacher. I teach math in the morning and Science in the afternoon. I gravitate towards Literacy, so I really have to focus when I am constantly teaching math. So...now that you know a little piece of my schedule...what do you think? Should I incorporate Daily 3 into my Math classes. I am a small group kind of teacher, so I think I could do it. The only hiccup is that I have three different math classes, so I would be doing Daily 3, three times every day!! WHEW!!! Please let me know your thoughts!!
Enjoying my summer! I spending time with my husband and two boys, and I love it! I am always caught between wanting to teach, and be a stay at home mom. Well, at least I can stay home with them during the summer and holiday breaks!
